SELF-MOTIVATION
"Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm"
Ralph Waldo Emerson.

WHY DO WE NEED SELF-MOTIVATION?

  • because, we cannot rely on others to encourage you.
  • we need to self-motivate to achieve because if you don't encourage yourself to accept opportunity and challenge, who will?
  • we have to also plan and find directions in your life.
  • we can also take up a new hobby, activity or challenge.
  • we must be enthusiastic about life and living.
  • having the courage to see things through despite setbacks or negative comments from others.

REASONS ON WHY WE LOSE MOTIVATION?

  1. we lack of confidence. - if you don't believe you can succeed, what's the point in trying?
  2. we also lack of focus. - if you don't know what you want, do you really want anything?
  3. lastly, we also lack of direction. - if you don't know what to do, how can you be motivated to do it?
